Boutique recruiting firm in the finance industry receives recognition for candidate experience in job application process

New York, NY (11/4/13) – For the second year in a row, Wall Street Services, a boutique recruiting firm for financial consultants based in New York City, was presented with a North America Candidate Experience (CandE) Awards at the 16th Annual HR Technology® Conference & Exposition.

The North American CandE Awards program, created by the Talent Board, is an annual program that surveys and recognizes leading firms across North America that are actively working to improve the application and candidate experience for job seekers. With more than 46,000 total candidate survey responses, the 2013 award program awarded 64 organizations across industries for leading innovation in this area.

Wall Street Services was one of the 122 firms that participated in the 2013 award and benchmarking program, and the only recruiting firm that focuses on candidates in the finance and investment banking industry to win an award. In an effort to share their 28 years of experience in career education, Wall Street Services established a series of Job Seeker Workshops in 2012. Moving into 2014, Wall Street Services is planning to develop eLearning modules that will allow job seekers 24/7 access to vital career education tools and strategies based on the Job Seeker Workshop series.
