Business Analyst Job Description
Business Analyst will aid with the annual budget cycle, helping with data entry and quality assurance reviews of project information; consolidation of data and preparation of various presentation packs for management; maintaining group sharepoint site and distribution lists; reviewing data quality reports and maintaining and/or updating static data requirements as needed
Specific tasks include, but not limited to:

Track and help update project/program static data by reviewing Data Quality reports

Maintain and update GBSF Key Projects list

Review bi-weekly key project report for data inaccuracies/issues

Create bi-weekly list of programs& projects to be updated and upload to sharepoint
-
Create ad-hoc reports of program/project and financial data as needed

Perform Governance related activities to support Annual Budget/Planning process such as:
-
Create ad-hoc reports of program/project and financial data as needed to help monitor BoW during budget planning for adherence to guidelines (ie, no projects< 150K, all programs> 1M)

Maintaining and reviewing new program creation spreadsheets for upload to BEN during budget

Maintaining and reviewing central spreadsheet for project to program mappings

Reviewing Project Initiation Documents and/or Sharepoint Data for completeness

Participate in closing initial PID/Sharepoint gaps
Candidate Requirements:
-
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
-
Self starter, highly organized with a strong eye for detail.
