Activities and Responsibilities:
Discuss business needs across different internal teams and units
Communicate with senior managers to IT departments

Manage project timelines, milestones, check-ins, and team meetings

Qualifications and Skills
Experience in the finance industry
Ability to ‘get your hands dirty’ with the details
Strong understanding and ability to use Access, Excel, Project, Visio

Expected Compensation
Professionals following a project management or business analysis career path with only 3-5 years of experience under their belt will make around $28-$35/hours or $58,240 – $72,800. Experienced professionals with over 7 years experience will have an expected compensation on average of over $100,000 a year.

Locations
We are seeing a high demand for professionals that specialize in business analysis or project management with strong past experiences in systems implementation or migration across east cost in New York City, Washington D.C., and Pittsburgh, PA. Travel and relocation flexibility are two key qualities we look for in consultants interested in continuing a career in business analysis or project management. In order to effectively implement and migrate systems firm-wide consultants will often have to travel around the globe. As more banks upgrade their platforms to the latest in technology we will expect to see other geographic locations open.
