1983
Wall Street Services is founded. Recognizing a real need in the industry, the firm is organized around an unfaltering commitment to the remarkable, responsive support of financial services and management consulting firms.


1985
Developed and copyrighted a system of quantifying and measuring critical productivity factors such as adaptability, attitude towards work and ability to follow instructions via a series of Proprietary Assessments. Implemented 24/7 service in order to be more responsive to our clients.


1987
Opened the WSS Skills Acceleration Institute. A new concept dedicated to responsive breakthrough training.


1993
Developed a unique and measurable methodology for presentation graphics training.


1998
Launched Staffway, a proprietary, end-to-end e-commerce solution for selecting, hiring, managing, paying and reporting on a large, non-core workforce.


1999
Included in INC. 500 listing of fastest growing private companies.


2000

2003 – 2005
Launched redesigned website with automation technology to help us better connect great employees with great jobs.


2005 – 2010
Outlasted another major economic downturn. Reoriented and re-engineered our business in order to place more highly skilled employees in response to increased demand from sophisticated financial firms.


2011
Consolidated service offerings to lead industry in providing ONLY project-based professionals on a consulting basis including both experienced and entry-level in operations, compliance, business analysis, project management, risk, financial analysis, data analysis, and marketing.


2012
Developed and implemented a number of processes to improve the experience, communication and response time to applicants including an applicant notification system.

Recognized in the industry for our innovative practices in Candidiate Experience and our team was awarded a 2012 North American Candidate Experience Award.

Implemented a series of Job Seeker Workshops designed to help applicants improve their job search, interview, and resume skills.


2013
Introduced a quarterly Market Data Report for clients to provides details and insights on the recruiting industry and hiring trends.
