Compliance Officer responsibilities:

  • Review, update and interpret policies and procedures
  • Weekly Compliance bulletins
  • Project coverage as required (Affiliate Marketing, Privacy, Leavers/Joiners, Referral Arrangements)
  • Participate in training development and delivery
  • Review and analyze regulatory updates
  • Custody Rule and SAS70
  • Operational Risk updates
  • Support Brazil and Lat-Am coverage
  • Marketing review

Compliance Officer requirements:

  • BA Required
  • 3-5 years compliance or the firms businesses
  • High level of initiative, integrity, and organization
  • Adept at developing interpersonal relationships
  • Strong communications skills
  • Proficient in various technologies including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • S7 strongly preferred
  • S9/10 preferred
