- Obtain assistance from outside resources to review and update existing Sales and Trading FID and IED Compliance manuals, notices, policies and procedures.
- Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve business process. Meet with personnel to analyze current operational procedures and identify problems.
- Write detailed description of user needs and functional or technical specifications.
- Review current business processes, workflow and scheduling limitations.
- Study existing information processing systems for inefficiencies and develop new system specifications to increase production.
- Must be familiar with Sales and Trading, Fixed Income and Equity.
- Requires 4-6 years prior experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Bachelor’s degree.
This Compliance Associate contract position pays an annualized $58,200 ($28.00/hr) and is expected to last at least one month.
