Dividend Processing Analyst at top NYC investment bank to work with a team to analyze and process cash and stock distributions.
Dividend Processing Analyst Responsibilities:
- Delivering dividend announcements in a timely manner
- Generating bookkeeping entries
- Reconciliation and resolution of receivables and payables
- Risk analysis and mitigation; presenting regulatory reports
- Analyze user requirement, procedures and problems to improve business process
Dividend Processing Analyst Requirements:
- 5+ years experience with cash and stock dividends
- Bachelor’s Degree
- In-depth knowledge of depository dividend processing systems
- Knowledge of depository reconciliation, foreign tax certifications and conventions, U.S. tax reporting implications and claims processing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently without supervision
This Dividend Processing Analyst contract position pays an annualized $91,500 ($44 per hour) and is expected to run at least 5 months.
