  • Provide assistance to all areas within the IBD HCM Generalist space:
  • Compensation
  • Hiring
  • Headcount
  • Diversity
  • Review Process
  • Various Ad-Hoc projects and reporting
HR analyst primarily requirements:
 
 
  • 4 Year College Degree
  • 1 to 3 years of experience 
  • Strong technical skills are required (Microsoft Excel – Pivot tables, strong formula knowledge and knowledge of macros a plus).
  • HCM experience is a plus  

    • HR Analyst with top Wall Street investment bank for a consulting assignment paying an annualized $60,000 ($30 per hour).
