HR Generalist


HR Generalist position at a top New York City investment bank, working to provide advisory and client relationship management coverage to clients. Key elements of the role include reporting, analytics, and talent management processes.


HR Generalist Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the global generalist team to drive key people management processes
  • Contribute to year-end compensation strategy and execution
  • Manage daily issues within Technology division
  • Research solutions to queries regarding HR policies, programs, and procedures
  • Ensure effective delivery of recruiting, professional development, and diversity programs
HR Generalist Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of HR generalist experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work across a diverse range of projects
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize, and multitask
  • Good judgment and discretion in regards to confidential client information
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Drive to take initiatives and work independently, as well as capacity to work as part of a global team

This HR Generalist contract position pays an annualized $58,200 ($28 per hour) and is expected to last at least 6 months.
