We are seeking a IT Recruitment Associate for a well known investment bank, working to assist in all recruiting efforts for the IT department. This position is located in New York, NY. The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in recruiting in finance and IT departments, have experience with Lotus Notes and Taleo ATS, and be a strong communicator.
IT Recruitment Associate Responsibilities:
- Manage all referrals
- Assist in all recruiting programs including reporting, interview process
- Work with hiring managers to understand needs and specific requirements for each position
- Provide feedback on screening of candidates
- Schedule interviews
- Ensure all new hire documentation is accurate
IT Recruitment Associate Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Experience recruiting in the Finance Industry
- Experience working with executive level technology managers
- Strong understanding of IT needs
- Experience working with vendors
- Excellent communication skills and intuitiveness
- Experience using Taleo ATS and Lotus Notes
- Advanced MS Office Skills
This IT Recruitment Associate role is a NYC finance consulting position that is expected to last at least 3 months with possible extension and pays an annualized salary of $153,920 ($74 per hour).
