Program Manager — Building Operations

Are you a program leader with a history of success in the building operations or facilities management space? Do you have a strong understanding of system security and interconnectivity? Do you have an interest in transforming the building management landscape at a signature investment bank?

If you are looking for a role that will empower you to enact a multi-faceted program to centralize building operations, this job is for you. Our client, a boutique management consultancy, is partnering with an investment bank that is looking to reduce its environmental footprint and improve its building operations. They are looking for a strong program manager to shepherd them through three phases of change: security risk assessment and remediation, develop updates building operations requirements, and develop management reporting solutions. 

Program Manager Requirements: 

Bachelors degree and demonstrated success on large-scale program implementations
Strong technical background to drive solutions in information security requirements, BAS architecture, data architecture, and management reporting
Excellent organization and communication skills
Data architecture skills
Ability to develop workflows and future state documentation

This role is a consulting opportunity at a signature investment bank in New York City.
