We are currently seeking a Trade Operations Analyst for a top New York City investment bank to assist with reviewing and implementing new business products and practices. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of progress in their career, experience in an operations role in financial services and be extremely organized, attentive and self motivated.
Trade Operations Analyst Responsibilities:
Oversee and conduct business relationship meetings
Liaise with the trading desk in order to support and supervise the operations of various asset classes
Build and foster relationships with other business units and team members to bring about higher quality and more productive work and to resolve any trade flow issues
Facilitate re-engineering programs to increase overall global efficiency
Lead the administration of expanding business, maintaining a global consistency, and risk management
Assess current procedures to verify regulatory requirements are met
Trade Operations Analyst Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or other related field
Previous project management experience preferred
Highly adept communication skills (both written and oral) for continuous interaction with various business units and team members
Expert-knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access)
Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to perform well under pressure
High caliber analytical and problem-solving skills
This Trade Operations Analyst role is a consulting position that is expected to last at least three (3) months with the possibility of direct hire and pays an annualized salary of $62,400 ($30/hour).
