We are seeking a Equity Operations Associate position for an international investment bank that has operations in Salt Lake City, Utah. This position will be assisting in all equity derivatives operations processes and a key team member to the operations unit. The ideal candidate for this position will be an energetic and motivated team player with strong, creative problem solving abilities.
Equity Operations Associate Responsibilities:
- Assist in settlement processes and account updates
- Liaise with client services team to ensure accurate client account information
- Ensure all settlements have been approved as needed
- Follow all schedules and payment release processes
- Assist analysts with investigation of issues and problems
Equity Operations Associate Requirements:
- Previous operations experience in the Finance Industry
- Bachelors degree
- Confident personality and ability to communicate with different levels of management and clients
- Strong problem solving and people skills
- Motivated, team player mentality
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast paced environment
This Equity Operations Associate role is a Salt Lake City finance job that is expected to last at least 6 months with possible extension and pays an annualized salary of $35,360 ($17 per hour).
