Are you an experienced loan operations professional? Do you have strong knowledge of using ClearPar? Do you have a go-getter personality and strong communication skills?

We are seeking a Loan Operations Associate for a top investment bank, working to confirm all trades with clients and external parties as well as ensure that all trades are recorded accurately. The ideal candidate for this position has experience using Clear Par, a background in Loan Operations and a confident personality that enables him/her to interact with clients, managers, and external parties.

Loan Operations Associate Responsibilities:

Assist in all on-boarding details for trades
Record trade activities and ensure all standards are met
Work with clients and external counterparties to gather accurate data
Manage risk through all trade processes
Support as needed with all operational tasks

Loan Operations Associate Requirements:

2 years experience in the Finance Industry and working in loan operations or portfolio management
Bachelors degree
Experience with ClearPar, loan trade closing and credit agreements
High sense of discretion and confident personality
Go-getter attitude that is able to take the initiative

This Loan Operations Associate role is a project based consulting position located in Jersey City, NJ just outside New York City. This position is expected to last at least 2 months with possible direct hire for the right candidate and pays an annualized salary of $62,400 ($30 per hour).
