Do you have 4+ years experience in financial services? Do you have a strong understanding of DTC and FED systems? Are you looking for the next step in your investment banking career?

We are seeking a Broker / Dealer Operations Associate for an investment bank located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania working to process all transactions for clients. The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in financial services of at least 4 years, have a strong understanding of DTA and FED systems and possess solid communication skills.

Broker / Dealer Operations Associate Responsibilities:

  • Process all broker / dealer client transactions
  • Complete DTC settlements
  • Execute wire transfers and trade instructions
  • Communicate directly with clients to gather information and respond to inquiries
  • Escalate inquiries as needed

Broker / Dealer Operations Associate Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in financial services
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Solid understanding and experience working with DTC and FE systems
  • Confidence to communicate with clients
  • Attention to detail

This Broker / Dealer Operations Associate position is a consulting project that is expected to last at least 4 months and pays an annualized salary of $52,000 ($25 per hour).
