Project Manager position at a top New York City investment bank, working to create and improve methodologies and best-practice standards in project management, coordinating with all functional areas.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Provide portfolio-level reporting to fulfill stakeholder requirements
- Ensure consistency in Project Management standards and promote cross-business initiatives
- Liaise with Business Management to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
- Establish and maintain consistent project management methodologies across portfolio
- Create and manage Portfolio Level Governance and quality assurance review checks
- Facilitate continuous improvement across project delivery within the portfolio
Project Manager Requirements:
- 7+ years Project Management experience with a demonstrated history of delivery
- Background in Financial Services industry
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Advanced MS Office Skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Advanced Sharepoint skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
This Project Manager contract position pays an annualized $193,140 ($93.86 per hour) and is expected to last at least 6 months.
