Video Profiles

As a hiring manager, you are likely bombarded by a sea of resumes for each position you are trying to fill. It can be difficult to tell whether a candidate is right for a position by just looking at their resume; often it is not until an interview that it becomes apparent the person is not right for the job, even if they had initially looked great on paper. Video profiles allow you to quickly get a glimpse of what the prospective candidate is like and, in conjunction with their resume, allows the hiring manager to more accurately decide which candidates to bring in for an interview.

To view the candidate’s video profile, simply click the link by the camcorder icon on their resume, enter their custom password and you will be viewing their short (2-3 minute) video profile.
