For people who are serious about developing their software skills we offer the best training available.

Wall Street Services offers a 401(K) plan to all of our employees who have completed one year of service with a minimum of 1000 hours in a calendar year period. Enrollment periods are bi-annual, in January and July. Employees can have up to 10% of their salary deferred into their 401(K) account. Please contact our Human Resources department to help you make an informed decision about your participation and your investment choices.

Wall Street Services rewards their temporary employees with an automatic vacation bonus based on the number of hours that they have accumulated on a year-to-date and historical basis.

The vacation year runs from January 1st --December 31st. Hours do not roll forward from Calendar year to calendar year. Vacation bonus checks are issued automatically the first week of the month following the month in which the bonus hours were earned.

Vacations are paid once the temporary employee has met the following two criteria:
Criteria 1:
Level I: As of January 1, history to date hours must be between 2,081 and 4,999
Level II: As of January 1, history to date hours must be more than 5,000
Criteria 2:
Hours for the CURRENT calendar year must be more than 1,500 hours.

If both of the above criteria are met, vacation bonus checks are paid as follows:
Level I:   $250 bonus
Level II:   $500 bonus

All employees have the option of purchasing Term Life Insurance for themselves, spouse and/or dependents. Contact our Human Resources department for more details.

Protect yourself and your family from financially disabling injuries with Wall Street Services’ low cost disability insurance. All employees have the option of purchasing an additional long- term disability policy on an employee pay all basis.

Wall Street Services can deposit your weekly payroll funds directly into your checking or savings account (as requested). Payday is Wednesday. These funds will be ready for withdrawal on the following Friday morning. Wall Street Services will mail your pay stubs to you. Enrollment is monthly after two weeks of consecutive employment.
