Top New York City-based Wealth Management firm seeks excellent candidate to serve in a hybrid role that is a cross between recruiting, project management, and generalist. Firm works with wealthy individuals and their families worldwide through Goldman Sachs, Ayco, and external investment managers.
Principal responsibilities:
v Work closely with Generalist team and assist the division’s Senior Recruiter
v Manage candidate flow, communication and the full life cycle recruiting process clients
v Interact with various members of the other teams as well as hiring managers, and provide weekly/monthly reports and updates on offers/hires
v Communicate with external search agencies
v Assist in Increasing the success of no-cost and low-cost recruiting techniques through various channels
v Assist in the offer approval process, work closely with the generalists team on all aspects of on boarding

v Strong project management and analytical skills working through reporting and offer updates

v Excellent presentation, written and oral communications skills
Education:
v Bachelors
v Ideally 2-4 years of Human Resources experience
