Asset Management - Senior Human Resources (HR) Analyst
Senior HR Analyst position in the investment management division of a top NYC investment bank.
Duties:
v Execute Investment Management Division initiatives, including content development, course design, interfacing with presenters, communicating and marketing programs, coordinating program logistics and measuring success.
v Develop and/or partner with other divisions to offer Business and Technical training courses, including product-specific and sales training courses.
v Identify and help prepare Investment Management Division and other divisional instructors, including delivering"train the trainer"sessions to line faculty.
v Respond to and handle requests from IMD employees and managers regarding training offerings and needs
v Participate in and/or lead the implementation of learning and developmental programs, such as elective suites& New Hire Acculturation

Education& Experience:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Knowledge of the financial services industry and asset management
